Are, Earth Quakes, Twisters, Tornadoes, Tsunamies are symbols of anger of God?

If the universe is God , these phenomena are just like the ripples in the ocean of the universe caused by nature as a response to the misdeeds of the human beings . one can ume them to be the angry response of the God to the sins of(misdeeds in causing environmental degradation and pollution caused by) the people.
