Can someone help me build stall deck that i can use with final countdown???? ?

try using a water deck with it, have 3 legendary oceans and 2 tornado walls to stop all damage from coming to you, also, put gravity bind, messanger of peace, scrap metal scarecrow, and level limit area both A and B to stall. for attacking, use the MK-2 or whatever it is called, because of the ocean, its lvl 3 so it will work best with gravity bind and can attack directly. have a few solemns, 7 tools, magic drain, and divine wrath to counter your oppenents card effects and lightning vortext, MST, dust tornado and heavy storm to get rid of stupid cards.
