What do you think of misspelt names?

Some names are cute spelled differently but some are just a little over-the-top. I like the way she spelt Rylie but that's it. I think Jorgina should be kept Georgina, Izibell should be kept Isabelle, and I have no idea how to pronounce Brionee. I think, for the most part, names should either be spelled the normal way or maybe just spelled a little differently, not to the point where you have no idea how to say it. Just my opinion though :D
