I'm eating roughly 3 eggs a day, is that bad?

my diet has been aweful for pretty much my whole life, it's not uncommon for me to wake up and have half a bag of oreos with a big gl of milk. so as an experiment, i've really limited my diet for the past two weeks, eating nothing but out bran, brown rice, beans, fruits, veggies, and eggs. all the other stuff is fine, but i've heard about eggs having high cholesterol, and i've been eating them with the yolks (and i usually fry them without breaking the yolk, so it's still liquid when i eat it). is eating this many eggs a day not a good idea? because i really like them :P
