When you see a bloke with his jeans hanging halfway down his backside and his manky undies showing?

Yay. I think it's funny when some people do it as a fashion thing. A couple of times recently I've seen men strolling along and their jeans have ended up around their ankles. So funny to see when they are trying to act cool. lol x
