King Felix. He's had 30 quality starts this year, which is pretty rare in the MLB. He's the clear winner in my mind. He's near the top of every stat except wins, which have become overrated, especially since a guy like AJ Burnett, who has given up more than twice as many runs as Hernandez, has only three less wins than Felix.
