Got into a car wreck... I was at fault?

I got in to a car wreck..no insurance ( turn right ... big puddle of .. car went crazy and i hit another car)... it wasnt that big of a dent to the other car but their insurance company is sueing for almost 4200.... I called to try to set up a payment arrangement but the lowest she could go is 175 and my family is having hard times and cant pay that much.... My dad is trying to get a lawyer... with the court date being next week..... I was wondering can anyone tell me what will happen in court soo i wont be soo nervous and can calm my nerves... and if we cant make the payment arrangements what will happen... i dont have a job and my dad jobs is cutting his hours... Anything I can do? I tried to get a private student loan to pa it off but couldnt find a co-signer.. soo anything i can do to pay it off?
