I think to much. Is that a good or bad thing?

It's a bad thing. It just gets in the way of getting any living done. By the time you're in your 30s you will be extremely confused by all the thoughts you have thought. If you are a girl, you will never get a boy to like you. If you are a boy, you will be either a nerd that girls don't like, or so obsessed your own thoughts that you seem mysterious and interesting to girls who will like you, but you won't care about them because you're too involved with your own thoughts.
