If i get sued do i get a notice that i will be sued?

You'll know you're being sued when you're served with a summons and complaint. It's pretty unlikely that they'll sue since you folded like a cheap suitcase. However, some companies get their rocks off pounding punks like you into poi just to set an example. If your company is one of those, you're pretty much screwed.
