Is A 1994 Crown Vic A good Choice For A Demo Derby Car?

I plan on making a demo derby car for my senior graduation project. I was wondering if a 1994 Crown Vic Police Interceptor is a good choice. I was orginally looking for an older car to to use but I found one on Craigslist for cheap.
