Is my grandmother attached?

my grandmother has a son that is good for nothing! he is always asking her for her pain pills when she really needs them most! HE IS AN ADDICT! her son or my uncle thinks he is a kid. he bought princess pop-tarts for himself and he is 41 years old. he used to smoke pot but got over that by going to rehab. he now has a son that supposively means the world to him. well if the baby really meant the world to him, dont u think he would make money for himself to support the baby? well anyways everytime my uncle asks for money or a pill, my grandmother gives them to him!!! she follows him around like he is a puppy when he comes over! it gets on my nerves! well this mother son relationship they have had almost split my grandmother and grandfather up!! MARRIED FOR 43 YEARS! PLEASE GIVE SOME ADVICE ON THIS! I NEED TO HELP THEM OUT! : ) THANKS
