Please help info on !!!?

Ok so I think my little niece has lip/mouth she did get something like a cold sore on her mouth before anyways when changing her clothes her pacifier hit me in the cheek. Could I get face ? (PS she didn't have a cold sore on the lip but i don't know about the inside of the mouth)
