VERY DAMN UPSET WITH THIS DAMN RUDE EX CLMATE! ULTIMATELY URGENT!?

I would like to call him b!atch because he's just a stupid fcuking **** dog. He stole my calculator and he had been very harsh with me(like shoving my head and shoulder brutally, pulled my clothes very hard, embarred me in front other, hared me on facebook). He always curses me in front others without any excuse. He stole my calculator, but I don't have any evidence to charge him. The caleculator is very expensive. My parents were really angry, but sadly, the principal, counselor or teachers won't really help much since they have announced not to give them any report regarding bully. This b!atch has anger issue too. This morning, I saw him walking, and he saw me then he quickly ran into his cl. He once called me slut and stuffs. I don't really want to put up a fight because he's very aggressive. Please please please tell me what should I do meanwhile. Please don't tell me to police because he didn't beat me up yet. But I know I'll call the police if he acts beyond my anticipation.
