What do I have to look for in Scholerships & Grants for college?

Not for me? For my 16 year old daughter? She is going in to her Junior year. She was always a gifted student w/a 3.9 gpa. Exceeds in her S.A.T.s. Has a real flair for art? She breezes at anything thrown at her in learning. Now this is the time to think about her future & going off to college? I have no College fund for her & worried what to do next? IDK nothing about Grants or Scholerships? or how they work? She wants to go into the preforming arts now? But then she loves Graphics arts too? I want her to go to college w/her intellect. Where do I start? Thanks for the help! :)
